We used to eat this alot when I was growing up. It's quick, simple and delicious and NO bake!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 slice poundcake
  • 12 peach (from a can of peaches in syrup-drained)
  • fresh whipped cream


  1. Lay the slice of pound cake on plate, spoon the whipped cream on it (use about 4 tbsp) and top off with the peach half.
  2. Gently push the peach half down into the cream.
  3. Looks just like a fried egg.
