We used to eat this alot when I was growing up. It's quick, simple and delicious and NO bake!
- 1 slice poundcake
- 1⁄2 peach (from a can of peaches in syrup-drained)
- fresh whipped cream
- Lay the slice of pound cake on plate, spoon the whipped cream on it (use about 4 tbsp) and top off with the peach half.
- Gently push the peach half down into the cream.
- Looks just like a fried egg.
