Heat a medium-sized skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Grease pan with a small amount of butter or oil applied with a brush or paper towel. Using a serving spoon or small ladle, spoon about 3 tablespoons crepe batter into hot pan, tilting the pan so that bottom surface is evenly coated. Cook over medium heat, 1 to 2 minutes on a side, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
These are my first crêpes. I'd always wanted to make them, so it was a first for making and eating them. Very easy to make, and they were delicious. I had some strawberries that I'd chopped and sprinkled a little sugar on and they made a wonderful dessert. Thanks for posting. Made for a forum event at KK.

These crepes are great. They are very liquid so they are very thin. I'm used to thick crepes but enjoyed these ones. Thanks Kitticatmom. Made for Potluck tag
