A very tasty dessert. Makes 24 crepes.
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted & cooled
- Combine first 5 ingredients in blender for 30 seconds.
- Add butter & blend 5 seconds.
- Allow to rest 45 minutes.
- For small dessert crepes us 1/4 Cup batter in 6-inch crepe pan.
- Crepes may be made ahead, staked & covered with damp towel.
