DEPAZ Amber rhum is used in this drink down under! But feel free to use your favorite dark or amber rum. A great refreshing summer drink.
- fresh ginger, Muddled
- 3⁄4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce apple juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 1⁄2 ounces rum
- In a pint glass add ginger peeled and diced, fresh lemon juice and syrup then muddle until ginger and juice turns to mash. Add apple juice and DEPAZ Amber Rhum then shake with lots of ice and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a lemon peel.
Wow Rita, this is so good, I really enjoyed it. A nice, tall, smooth drink with a zing. I used fresh meyer lemon juice and apple cider. I loved the addition of the ginger what a treat. I will be making this again often, thanks so much for sharing.
Very nice. I made 2 versions of this drink, the second time round with pineapple juice and, I just admit, I liked the pineapple version better as I thought it was better-suited to the gingery flavour.
