This recipe is sooooo outstanding. The cardamom adds extra zing and loved it! I used left over salmon. I did leave out mace (substituted nutmeg) and then left out the pepper sauce.
Excellent flavor and appearence. Someone that doesn't like fish cakes gave this recipe a thumbs up. Only problem I had was holding them to gether. I cut the recipe in half and that may have had something to do with it,
I would call this a salmon cake fully loaded! This had a ton of ingredients, so it was loaded with flavor. The fresh herbs and lemon were really nice. But you really need to plan ahead do that you will have all the ingredients on hand.
