      Yummy! Little Miss (DD) wanted pancakes this morning so I made her these and they were great! I had to substitute cream of wheat to semolina flour and it worked well. I added more flour then whole wheat flour because I only had 1/4 left. Served them with Maple Syrup and Baked Bananas. Thank you semolina flour - *Made for Zaar World Tour 4*

      Gorgeous brunch today so thank you ! I subbed oats for cream of wheat as I had none. These poured and turned fabulously and were served with more honey . Made for ZWT 4.

      5 stars. As soon as I saw the ingredients for these pancakes I knew I had to make them. I love the idea of adding oat bran and cream of wheat to pancakes! And I love how there is no unnecessary added oil or fats here. I knew these were going to be good from the heavenly smell of vanilla wafting from the pan while cooking! The pancakes turned out the perfect thickness, soft, and with a nice texture from the dry cream of wheat. I loved how the pecans were just sprinkled on one side of the pancake, this essentially toasted the pecans while cooking. Delicious with a little maple syrup. Congratulation for, in my mind, creating a real winner!!
