Tasty, creamy, and not too hot. Thanks for sharing it. Will definitely serve this at diner parties. To make this a VEGETARIAN dish, omit the steak. In its place, add 3 more medium russet potatoes. Put the potato chunks in the crock pot, sprinkle the flour mixture over them, then toss until well coated. Add the remaining ingredients and cook as instructed. When serving, sprinkle with chopped cilantro to add color and flavor. May be eaten with rice or rolled in a tortilla like a burrito. If eaten like a burrito, add 1 cup green peas to the cooking process along with the carrots (omit the snow peas). Deep fry the burrito and you'll have an Americanized SAMOSA. Give it a try.
