low calorie, natural, fragrant, delicious and super simple banana bread. Cheap too!

Directions

  1. Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in one bowl -- then mix bananas, applesauce and egg in another. then mix together -- put in a lightly greased bread pan and cook about 25 min or till done(at 200C).

This recipe turned out flat! I used the correct measurements and cooked it for the appropriate time at 400 degrees F. It came out a doughy mess and was only a couple inches high. I will not make it again.
