Delicous. Nice crunch and flavor. The lemon adds to it. You will be hooked. Served with a horseadish, garlic and red pepper mayo. Thanks Zurie.
I just loved this. I made it as written but left out the seasoning salt for sea salt afterwards. The lemon makes a great addition to the flavor, just enough to perk up bland zucchini. A real keeper
Oh dear, these didn't work out as I had hoped. I think maybe it was the nutmeg, which I adore, but didn't seem to taste quite right on the zucchini. I think I also sliced the zucchini too thin, as they achieved golden color in about 5 minutes but didn't get crisp. I will try again without the nutmeg and with thicker slices. Yum! After seeing your photo I had to make this recipe. It was simple to make and I added all the optional extras, we all really enjoyed it as a side dish. Thank you Zurie
