  1. Grate zucchini and carrot; chop garlic.
  2. Combine turkey, zucchini, carrot, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and egg whites in a large bowl.
  3. Divide into four patties.
  4. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and cook patties about 7 minutes on each side, or until no trace of pink remains.
