Delicious, Savory Salmon

This is the easiest salmon you'll ever make. The mayo binds the flavors to the fish and creates a very flavorful crust. Light mayo works just fine for this.

Ingredients Nutrition

Directions

  1. Turn on broiler.
  2. On a baking sheet, place salmon skin-down.
  3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the salmon.
  4. Spread lemon juice and seasoning over the salmon fillet. There's no need to be exact on these measurements.
  5. Broil for about 10 minutes, until the salmon is done.

Very tasty, fast, and easy. I mixed the lemon juice and mayo and seasoning salt up and spread it on the salmon. I used WAY less salt than called for (maybe 1/4 tsp), but I was using Lawry's, so that could be the difference.

my mom has been making this for years..only she puts the lemon juice and seasoning on the salmon first and even puts a little dried dill. and puts the mayo last. delicious!

Did make this for a couple of neighbors, but saved a portion for myself to taste test ~ This will definitely be on my to-make-for-myself list another time! I often use lemon juice & lemon pepper on my salmon, but the addition of the mayo gave this an additional boost! Thanks for sharing!
