Delicious salad dressing indeed! I omitted the garlic salt (didn't have any) and was a little heavy handed with the Worcestershire sauce. This is sort of like a short-cut Caesar dressing. Very good, thanks for posting.
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- Worcestershire sauce, a few shakes
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- garlic salt
