  1. What an ingenious way to cook cauliflower! My cauliflower was huge so I made two foil packets. I placed the cauliflower in a plastic bag and sprinkled it with the cheese and seasonings, then melted the margarine and poured it in. It was very easy to mix this way. The cook time is spot on, done in exactly one hour. Absolutely fantastic and a method I will experiment with to cook other veggies. This will go into my favorites cookbook. Thank you so much for sharing this super recipe!

  2. This is delicious. I used broccoli and cauliflower. It worked perfectly. The broccoli does cook a little bit faster so I took this out before the 1 hour was up. Thank you for posting this easy and scrumptious recipe!

  3. This is a really delicious way to prepare cauliflower! The only change I made was to decrease the amount of black pepper; I used just less than a teaspoon, and it still had slightly too much of a kick for me. Next time, I will reduce the pepper to about 1/2 tsp to suit my tastes (and for the kids in our family). Otherwise, it was nice and tender and really tasty! I will definitely make our cauliflower this way again!
