  • 3 -4 lbs chuck roast
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can whole mushroom, drained

Directions

  1. SPRINKLE GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER OVER ROAST.
  2. FRY.
  3. ROAST UNTIL THE OUTSIDE IS BROWNED; PUT INTO CROCKPOT.
  4. MIX OTHER INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND POUR OVER ROAST.
  5. COOK ON LOW FOR 7 TO 8 HOURS.

This recipe is simple and never fails me. It works with beef or pork roast and now my kids actually ask me to make a roast!
