Make and share this Delicious Pico De Gallo/Salsa Fresca recipe from Food.com.
- 1 large tomatoes, diced
- 1⁄2 medium onion, diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Leave in fridge for a couple hours for flavors to marinade together.
This was easy & very good. I enjoyed the fresh lime & cilantro and wouldn't change the amounts. I'm looking forward to utilizing summer tomatoes in this. Made for Pick A Chef Spring 2011. =)
