This marinade is unbelievably good and is a welcome addition to pork, chicken or beef. Takes just minutes to whip up, but recommended to soak the meat in the marinade overnight.
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- Mix all of the ingredients in a gallon size Ziploc bag. Add meat, seal bag and shake well. Let marinade overnight.
This was a great marinade. My husband loved it. I served it on Pork, but he did say he would rather have it on steak next time. I took the advice and let marinade overnight.
