  • Salt and pepper beef and grill or pan fry to desired doneness.
  • While they are cooking, saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic powder in the butter. (Please only use butter).
  • When burgers are almost done, add cheese and 1/4 of the mushroom mix too the top of each burger.
  • Drizzle just a little of the butter on each also.
  • Put on buns and serve!
