If you love beans then try drizzling sesame oil over them and a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds! They are divine and just that little bit different! Baby carrots are very nice served this way too.

  • 3 cups French beans
  • 2 -3 teaspoons sesame oil (approx.)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (approx.)

Directions

  1. 1. Cook French beans in the usual way.
  2. 2. Drain and drizzle a little sesame oil over them (not too much!).
  3. 3. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
