      This is a fantastic casserole but I don't think it's quite the same as eating enchiladas. But its not as much work as actuaal enchiladas are so its the next best thing. I wasn't sure how to layer the tortillas so I just put 1 in the pan and tore the others to fit around it. We ate ours with sour cream. Thanks for posting!

      This was so easy and so good, just what I was looking for. I took your suggestion and used Mucho Gusto Taco Seasoning Mix for the taco seasoning and it was great. I also used left over chicken from one we'd roasted instead of hamburger, tossing it in the taco seasoning, then followed directions it turned out great, even DH who is picky about his Mexican food and the spices in it claimed this as a winner and a must repeat. Me, I loved the simplicity of layering instead of trying to wrap each individual one. All in all a very nice recipe. Made for Photo Tag 2013 game and I must say a great choice.
