Delicious Dill Butter (the perfect accompaniment to fish)

This really compliments the flavour of fish - any fish! Whether the fish is BBQ'ED, crumbed and deep fried, lightly pan fried or grilled, it is just delicious!


  1. Press the hard boiled egg YOLKS through a sieve.
  2. Combine with the butter, dill, parsly, salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix well.
  3. 'Pat'the mixture into a rectangular shape.
  4. Wrap and chill.
  5. Use on ANY seafood!
