This really compliments the flavour of fish - any fish! Whether the fish is BBQ'ED, crumbed and deep fried, lightly pan fried or grilled, it is just delicious!
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 4 -5 teaspoons dill (preferably chopped, fresh)
- chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- Press the hard boiled egg YOLKS through a sieve.
- Combine with the butter, dill, parsly, salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix well.
- 'Pat'the mixture into a rectangular shape.
- Wrap and chill.
- Use on ANY seafood!
