Wow, I absolutely love it. So good and so easy. I cooked the tounge as directed but I made fresh salsa out of the rest of ingredients and served. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. Into my favorite file.
Thank you so much for posting this, Babychops! DH ate the whole thing (and mainly in one sitting)! I got a little bite, and it was very good, and tender. The only change I made was to use beef stock instead of water, and didn't use so much as to cover. When it was done, I chopped the meat and seasoned with salt. Served it in corn tortillas with onions, cilantro, salsa and lime wedges.
