Since I really don't measure when I make this the amounts stated are only estimated, please adjust amounts to taste. I like to use a good quality ice cream like Haagen-Dazs.
- 1419.54 ml fresh strawberries
- 3-4 scoop strawberry ice cream (or use vanilla ice cream)
- 59.14 ml whipping cream
- 78.07 ml milk (or more if desired)
- sugar (optional)
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adjusting the milk to thin out.
Delicious! I used frozen strawberries and had to thin it out more with milk because it was soo thick! I also added a little more sugar to sweeten it to taste!
