  1. Beat butter and sugars together.
  2. Add egg and essences.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and add to butter mix.
  4. Stir in coconut, walnuts, rolled oats and wheatgerm.
  5. Place spoonfuls onto a baking tray.
  6. Flatten with a fork.
  7. Bake 15 minutes 180°C.
