Delicious Chocolate Cake

ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups white sugar
• 3⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup cold coffee
• 1 cup milk
• 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vinegar

directions

1. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
3. make a well in the center and pour in the eggs, coffee, milk, oil and vinegar.
4. Mix until smooth.
5. Batter will be thin.
6. Pour into prepared pan.
7. Bake in a 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
8. Ice with your favourite frosting.
