I made this up while having an "urgent" chocolate/banana/milkshake craving, so of course it cured that pretty well! The amount of cocoa can vary depending on how "chocolatey" you're feeling. This is a very quick and healthy shake.
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 1⁄4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 (1 g) packets sugar substitute
- 6 -7 ice cubes
- Put everything together in a blender until mixed.
The kids loved this. If it was just me I'd probably give it a 3. It was fine. Not as chocolatey or sweet as I would like, but good. But seeing as how the kids devoured it and asked for more, I decided it was a 4 with them! Thanks!
