This is a variation on the other recipe by the same name, listed by MizzNezz. It takes a great recipe and 'kicks it up a notch'!
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 lb bacon, cooked,drained,crumbled
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 1⁄2 cup onion, minced
- 3 hardboiled egg, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 4 fresh basil leaves, minced
- 1 tablespoon TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
- Combine next 5 ingredients; mix well.
- Pour over salad and toss well.
