Count me as one more fan of this delicious recipe! It's becoming a part of my family's holiday tradition, too. Very rich, but so very satisfying. Can't go wrong with this one.
This was very tasty and not too difficult to prepare! A nice change to the usual :)
What a terrific casserole! Seconds all around! Love the Ritz cracker topping! Thank you!
Delicious; everyone went back for seconds. Used the full 1/2 cup of blue cheese and it was not overwhelming at all; there was a smooth, creamy flavor. Added bonus : cats loved the steamed broccoli that I accidentally dropped ;)
Really good. Actually didn't make this one, but suggested it to my mom who brought it for Thanksgiving, and we all really enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing! I can't wait until I get a chance to make it.
I really liked this, as I am a blue cheese LOVER!!! I never thought of adding it to veggies other then salads. I really liked this so much , the kids were a little squeemish at first, since the cheese is so sharp but they came around and enjoyed it too. I plan on making this sometime during the holidays while my family is home, they will LOVE it too.
Yes! This was awesome and I am not a casserole person at all. My wife and I both agreed that we would like to double this next time, it's that good. Thank you.
Made this for our family Easter dinner. Followed the recipe as is, but doubled it. I didn't have any garlic cloves, so I added a little garlic salt. It was absolutely delicious!!! I got compliments from inlaws and my mother. I will definately make this again!
Kittencal, we must have the EXACT same tastebuds, because every recipe I've tried of yours is a winner! I made this last night with Kobe steak and roasted red potatoes. It was perfect! I don't even like veggies, but couldn't get enough of this dish. I substituted with light cream cheese, 2% milk, and margarine, and it still tasted delicious. :) Thanks so much Kittencal. Keep them coming!
