Delicious Bean Cake

"Very different dessert and tastes great. You can pour some chocolate sauce over the cake after it cools down."

• Yields: 1 cake
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2 cups cannellini beans (cooked and pureed)
• 1 cup walnuts
• 1 1⁄2 cups maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 tablespoon vanilla powder

directions

1. Preheat oven to 380°F.
2. Beat eggs and sugar.
3. Add pureed beans, baking powder and vanilin to the egg mixture.
4. Fold in the walnut pieces.
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
6. Let it cool in the pan and refrigerate in its own pan after it cools down.
