  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar, and honey.
  3. Add beaten eggs, and mashed bananas, combine well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking bowder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  5. Add to creamed mixture.
  6. Add chocolate chips, mix well.
  7. Pour batter onto a greased or floured loaf pan, or muffin tins.
  8. Bake for 1 hour, if baking loaf.
  9. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, if baking muffins.
  10. Check the middle of loaf or muffins with toothpick to make sure they are done.
