Delicious rhubarb torte with a meringue topping.

Directions

  1. Mix crust ingredients together and press into a greased 8x8" pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix filling ingredients together and pour over baked crust. Bake another 20-30 minutes or until thick and set.
  3. Mix meringue ingredients and whip until stiff peaks form. Spread over top of filling layer. Bake just until peaks are golden.
