Just a basic sandwich, but it's good. I put it on here to get the nutritional info.
- 2 slices wheat bread
- 4 slices turkey breast
- 1⁄2 cup spinach
- 1⁄2 medium tomatoes
- 1⁄8 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- Build like a sandwich!
Great sandwich, loved the combination of flavors. I used deli sliced turkey, loosely packed baby spinach leaves, 3 thin slices of tomato, 1 thin slice of red onion, reduced fat mayo and French's Bold 'n Spicy Brown Mustard.
