- 1 cup arugula (not packed) or 1 cup baby spinach leaves (not packed)
- 4 slices deli peppered turkey breast
- 4 slices havarti cheese (or Rustico with Black Peppercorns cheese)
- Lay 1/4 cup baby spinach or arugula on each slice of turkey.
- Top each with a piece of cheese. Roll up and cut in half before serving.
