Deli-Style Salami Roll up Antipasto

Great antipasto! If you don't like goat cheese, Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs or Cracked Black Pepper) makes a nice substitute.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 slices genoa salami
  • 4 teaspoons mild garlic and herb goat cheese
  • 4 slices red pears

Directions

  1. Lay the salami out.
  2. Spread 1 tsp of goat cheese on each piece.
  3. Lay a slice of pear over the cheese and roll each salami piece up. If necessary, hold together with a toothpick.
