Great antipasto! If you don't like goat cheese, Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs or Cracked Black Pepper) makes a nice substitute.
- 4 slices genoa salami
- 4 teaspoons mild garlic and herb goat cheese
- 4 slices red pears
- Lay the salami out.
- Spread 1 tsp of goat cheese on each piece.
- Lay a slice of pear over the cheese and roll each salami piece up. If necessary, hold together with a toothpick.
