I made a double batch and the first half went to the houseboat for the Derby Party. It was a big hit there. The second half went to Lexington to a family cook out and it got great reviews there also. We did broil it on French bread and everyone agreed that it must be served hot! A great recipe and very easy.

I spread this on a crusty baguette which I lightly toasted and then broiled it to melt the cheese. My teenage daughter declared it "one of the best things she has eaten". I made it as indicated but I think I'd like it with a bit of onion or garlic added so I'll try that next time. Thanks Debber!

Fantastic. I spread this on bagels this am for breakfast and put under the broiler. Yumm, yumm. A great change from butter and cream cheese. I used light mayo and 2% cheese with real bacon bits.

Loved it! I didn't use the measurements and instead just topped crackers with a little of each and broiled about three minutes. Thanks for the easy appetizer idea. My mom's always asking me to make her appetizers for whatever she has going on and I might use this soon!

This was so tasty! I had this for lunch today. I used sliced french bread and diced ham.... that was all that was thawed. It's an easy snack or lunch! Thank you so much. I'll be having this again! :)

YUMMY- This is really a splurge and worth every bit! Very easy to put together and made my stale baguette come to life! We had this with shrimp and pasta and it really made the meal special. Thanks Debber!
