Del Rancho Garlic Dressing
"This is a wonderful garlic dressing. The recipe comes from the Del Rancho Drive-in/restaurant in Oklahoma City (actually they have Del Ranchos thruout Oklahoma (or at least they used when I lived in Okla). They are best known for their EXCELLENT steak sandwiches which are HUGE AND DELICIOUS!!"

ingredients
- 473.18 ml mayonnaise (no substitutes)
- 9.85 ml lemon juice
- 4.92 ml garlic powder, to start (then add more to your taste)
directions
- Mix together all ingredients until smooth then thin with a milk a little at a time until salad dressing consistency.
- Can use this dressing on salads, as a vegetable dip, for fried mushrooms/batter fried vegetables.

Easy and delicious dressing using ingredients that I have on hand. Who could ask for more? I ate it on a salad with everything in it but the kitchen sink and it was great!
