Dehydrator ' Sour Cream & Onion' Potato Chips

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix at high speed.
  2. Thinly spread onto a Fruit Roll sheet and dry at 145º for 4 hours or until dry on one side.
  3. With a clean butter knife, lift entire ring off sheet, turn over and dry for 1 hour longer, or until dry enough to break into pieces.

I tried to make this in my dehydrator and it absolutely did not turn out. The potato mixture ended up too soft in the middle and nearly burnt on the outer edge. Perhaps I should try it again...

It worked! It took 8 hours in the dehydrator but worked. Definitely tough on the blender.
