• 236.59 ml onion, dehydrated
• 236.59 ml ketchup
• 59.14 ml sweet pepper, dehydrated
• 29.58 ml louisiana hot sauce
• 59.14 ml parsley, dried
• 14.79 ml salt
• 118.29 ml honey
• 2.46 ml mint, dried
• 14.79 ml lemon juice
• 236.59 ml dry white wine
• 44.37 ml Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
• 44.37 ml vinegar
• 14.79 ml liquid smoke
• 236.59 ml water

directions

1. Put all the dried ingredients in a pot and add water.
2. Let it set a little while.
3. Add the wine and the rest of the ingredients.
4. Cover and cook for several hours.
