I made this recipe up; it is really flavorful with onions and boullion.

Directions

  1. Season pork chops, in a baking dish, with pepper and paprika.
  2. Add boullion cubes, onion, and water.
  3. Cover with foil paper.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours or until tender.
  5. Uncover and allow to brown, not burn, making sure there is still water in the bottom of the pan, for 10 to15 minutes.

This was good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written and we all enjoyed this.

These are great and easy to do even if you aren't a great chef! And they were very moist and flavorful and didn't have that "dry" flavor that chops can get.
