I made this recipe up; it is really flavorful with onions and boullion.
- Season pork chops, in a baking dish, with pepper and paprika.
- Add boullion cubes, onion, and water.
- Cover with foil paper.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours or until tender.
- Uncover and allow to brown, not burn, making sure there is still water in the bottom of the pan, for 10 to15 minutes.
This was good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written and we all enjoyed this.
These are great and easy to do even if you aren't a great chef! And they were very moist and flavorful and didn't have that "dry" flavor that chops can get.
