What a beautiful salad, and perfect for the holidays coming up! I tasted it right after I made it, then let it sit for an hour or two. It tasted better after sitting, but the peas didn't keep their bright green color....maybe the vinegar? Only thing I'd change is to reduce the amount of oil just a bit. Thanks for posting!
