For the Mexican challenge; they wanted a recipe with 3 things; vanilla, chocolate, and honey; here it is.

  1. Heat milk with honey and cocoa powder.
  2. When hot, add vanilla.
  3. Pour into a cup.
  4. Top with whipped cream and dash cinnamon.

Wonderful! I added the tablespoon of of cream (not whipped) into the chocolate which helped give this lovely rich body. I made a double recipe and managed to drink it all myself *blush*. 3/4 tsp of cinnamon went into the pot (what can I say, it worked for me) and I used very dark cocoa. This was decadent, delicious and delightful. It's summer is gone here and it's chilling into Fall, I'm glad that I have a good stock of cocoa on hand. :D
