I made this for my boys when they were growing up.
- 29.58 ml butter
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 hot dogs, cut in coins
- 6 eggs
- 0.25 ml pepper
- 59.14 ml cheese, shredded (optional)
- Melt butter.
- Fry shallot and hot dog coins until lightly browned.
- Add pepper.
- Pour in eggs that have been scrambled.
- If you want cheese in it, add it here.
- Stir until cooked.
