      I made this especially for DH as he LOVES hominy - and he said it was GREAT...and then proceeded to eat the whole pot full! Very similar to a fried corn recipe I have, and it was easy to make and actually held on low temperature for about 15 minutes...I had to wait for DH to be "ready" to eat before I could serve it. Thanks for posting this recipe, as its one I'll make again for the mister! Made for ZWT8 and the Herbaceous Curvaceous Honeys.

      What a difference a few simple additions make to a plain 'ol veggie like a can of hominy. I drained the hominy and did cook the garlic with the onions. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
