      I made this the day ahead, and think the salt from the olives and pickle relish really flavored the egg salad, and I didn't need to add any salt. Great egg salad! Thanks for sharing....made for 123 Hits!

      Very tasty. I mashed the yolks and whites of the egg separately. I used dill relish, which I like better than sweet, and did add a bit of salt. I also let it chill a couple of hours before serving. Excellent egg salad. Thanks for posting!

      Well if the teaspoon full that I have tasted is anything to go by this is oustanding for flavour, I did have to make some minor changes as I did not have any pickle relish so finely diced up a baby gherkin but otherwise as per recipe and made into rolls to take on tomorrows picknic. Thank you Dienia B in advance for what I think will be a great lunch.

      This egg sandwich was greatly appreciated by my son and DH. For me not as much because of the olives. I like black olives but with the eggs, I didn't like it as much. Thanks Dienia :) Made for Cookbook tag game
