I have never tired this because I don't like deer.

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup dry red wine
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
- Combine all ingredients well.
- Pour over deer steaks.
- Marinate at the very least 3 hours.
- Over night is better.
