Dee-Lish Alfredo Sauce

"This sauce is not too thin, yet not thick and heavy! It's super easy to make and very yummy :) Just pour over your favorite pasta and you have an instant side dish!"

• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• salt and pepper

directions

1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic to saucepan and saute 1 minute.
3. Combine beaten egg and whipping cream together and pour into saucepan.
4. Add parmesan cheese and whisk until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
5. Simmer until thickened.
6. Pour over 1lb of your favorite pasta and Enjoy!
