  1. Melt chocolate with cocoa and liquor.
  2. Stir.
  3. Add beaten egg yolks.
  4. In a separate bowl beat cream.
  5. Add sugar gradually.
  6. Add chocolate mixture.
  7. Add stiffly beaten egg whites carefully.
  8. You can refrigerate or freeze (and serve as you would a semi-freddo).
