Decadent Cheesecake With Maple Applesauce

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In a large bowl, whip cream cheese for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold gently into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  6. Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
  7. For Maple Apple Topping in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  8. Add apples for 5 minutes until tender.
  9. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Add to apples in skillet.
  10. Cook for an addition 4 minutes or until the sauce is thickened. Remove from heat and let cool about 10 minutes.
  11. Cut cheesecake into individual slices and spoon sauce over each piece.
  12. Sprinkle with toasted pecans.

I made a mini version for my mother tonight and she loved it. I used skim milk instead of cream since thats what I had on hand. My mother thought the sauce was a bit too sweet, but she doesnt like maple syrup to begin with. Excellent no bake dessert.

Delicious!! This quick and easy no-bake cheesecake is creamy, light, and oh so yummy. The rich, maple apple sauce complements the light lemon flavor of the cheesecake. My family loved this and claimed it a "winner". Thanks for sharing this wonderful is definitely a keeper!
