I made a mini version for my mother tonight and she loved it. I used skim milk instead of cream since thats what I had on hand. My mother thought the sauce was a bit too sweet, but she doesnt like maple syrup to begin with. Excellent no bake dessert.

Delicious!! This quick and easy no-bake cheesecake is creamy, light, and oh so yummy. The rich, maple apple sauce complements the light lemon flavor of the cheesecake. My family loved this and claimed it a "winner". Thanks for sharing this wonderful dessert...it is definitely a keeper!
