If you like sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese, then you will love this version of potato salad.

  1. Boil the potatoes for 10 mins or until tender ( do not overcook )Drain and cool.
  2. mix the mayonnaise and sour cream in a large bowl.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and stir gently to mix.
  4. season with salt and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
