Debbie's Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe came from a dear friend of mine, it is spicy, but very good served with Ritz crackers.

• Total Time: 30 mins
• Prep Time: 10 mins
• Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

Servings: 12

• 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
• 1 (12 ounce) can chicken , drained
• ½ cup ranch dressing
• ½ cup cups red hot sauce

Directions:

1. Mix together and bake in an oven proof dish for 20 minutes at 350, serve with Ritz crackers.

When I saw this, I had to try it because I love dips. But I made it and I couldn't get the bowl away from my husband, who generally isn't into dips. It was a hit with dinner guests too and its SO EASY. We've also changed the amount of heat by substituting different hot wing sauces but it is wonderful every time. Usually it is eaten with baked corn chips.

Just made this and gave it to my DS, I added some fresh garlic and cayenne pepper just to zing it up, thanks Jeff! Kittencal :)

This is a good, hot dip that is very versatile. Instead of 1/2 cup red hot sauce, I used 1/2 cup Herdez salsa and a few dashes of chipotle sauce, plus a small can of chopped, green chiles and salt to taste. The dip was really tasty when it came out of the oven, and I took it -- with tostadas -- to a shop to share with friends who are the owners. We all loved it!
